It was established in 1999, covering 8000 square meters, located in Yangtze River Delta, a city of Jiangsu province called Liyang with beautiful mountains and clear water, very near Tianmu Lake. It neighbors Anhui province on the west, faces Shanghai 230 kilo meters on the east, faces Nanjing 80 kilo meters on the north, and faces Hangzhou 160 kilo meters on the south.
