Plant Quality Manager
Main Tasks and assignment主要工作职责CUSTOMERLead and supervise any action rising from a Customer Complaint at Plant level;PRODUCTION AND PROCESSMonitor and improve the quality of the machines produced in BAC;Ensure a periodical review (correct implementation and effectiveness) of quality procedures such as non-conformity， supplier claim， customer claim， Qcard process ;Use， support and share process improvement methodologies in the plant ;Lead product Quality and Process Improvements in the plant ;Plan and conduct internal product， material stock， and process audits(not system audit);Supervise and ensure change management process effectiveness at Plant level (production， supplier， components);Continuously evaluate the quality of core components and new technologies on the basis of market and supplier returns;Continuous monitoring of returned parts and production components with the aim of actively contribute to warranty cost reduction;Support Production in machine reliability improvementsEnsure the maintenance and calibration of the whole measurement chain as well as toolings;QUALITY SYSTEMEnsure that applicable Quality processes and current production practices comply with ISO standard as well as International regulations;Ensure quality products in compliance and consideration of the operational and legal requirements as well as the management system ;SUPPLIERSupport Purchasing on both supplier evaluation， monitoring and development; (nonconforming product， new supplier， new product and related homologation Process， auditing) ;Monitor and improve the quality of the parts delivered by the suppliers;Ensure that Supplier Claim management is correctly applied throughout the whole Plant organizationPROJECTSupervise and ensure compliance to all quality gate requirements and avoid passing gates with pending quality requirements；OPERTIONAL MANAGEMENTOperational management of the team in order to develop its skills and improve its efficiency;REPORTINGReport quality KPI monthly by collecting GFms Quaity indicators such as Installation Success Rate and any additional indicator defined by GFms Quality ;Ensure escalation process promptly to functional superior;Ensure weekly report to GFms EDM superior to ensure Quality communicationRequirements任职资格Education / Degree 学历 4 years in UniversityAge Range年龄范围 > 30 yearsExperience经验 3 years practical experience in this function Specific knowledge 专业知识 Technical / electronical (mechanical) instruction & managerial skills; Good knowledge on the actual and new machines as well as of the production processes.Specific Skills专业技能 Logical thinking; Creativity; Flexibility; Independency; Initiative; Strength of purpose; Resistance for stress; Teamwork; Assume responsibility; CommunicationQuality System 质量体系 Language语言能力 English: spoken and written;Chinese: spoken;Computer计算机 Knowledge of the SW tools in particular SAP;Special特殊要求 Initiative and flexibility， strength for incentivize fast solutionsWorking time工作时间 Normal working hours， overtime when needed， business travels up to 1 week.
