PE

  Essential Functions:
1.Responsible for improving assembly process and make it competence
2.Optimizing production processes， effectively solve the process issues in production.
3.Responsible for work out the process document for new product or new line， and improve process for the existing product and production line. Constantly improve process level.
4.Cooperate with fixtures or maintenance personnel to provide proposal for improving the process
5.Cooperate with the Engineering to solve the problems during the design stage， and join effort to develop the DFMEA
6.Work with the quality engineer QE to solve the quality problems and set the regulation for quality inspection standards， and ensureing the root causes being identified and impleemnted. This including the Quality Concern from customer and the internal line rejection report (DRR).

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (EE/ME)， with 3 to 5 years working experience.
2.Work directly in manufacturing environment.
3.PPAP & APQP Experience.
4.Good skills of assembly process improvement.
5.Familiar with tooling and fixtures
6.Familiar with Preventive Maintenance of assembly machinery
7. And good experience for process controlled， Good analytical skills.
8.Having the right skill of trouble shooting， root cause analysis， right QC tools and able to find ultimate solution.
9.Able to show leadership and coordinate among the Production， Engineering and QE for driving the process capability.
10.Detailed oriented with Effective English
