Project Manager

  岗位职责：1、 Coordinate and communicate 3 parties between company， customers and Sweden side. 2、Set-up project teams， so to fit the requirement of the company for project requirements. 3、Arrange and coordinate the work within the project team， to improve the working efficiency. 4、Do the team building of the project team， to improve the cohesiveness of the team. 5、Analyze the skills and potentials of the team members and initiate appropriate measures to strengthen the strength. 6、Coordinate the progress of the projects designing， in order to fit the request of the customer. 7、Check the designing level of the projects， make sure for the requirements of the customer. 8、Fulfill other works arranged by company， to support the business requirement in time. 9、Assure proper reporting to the head of the department in a timely manner. 任职要求：1、Bachelor’s degree above， related major of electric or mechanics 2、Experience as project manager. 3、Several years of experience in managing and coordinating successful international companies in projects is preferred 4、Capability in automatic logistics is preferred.
