功能主治:
作用是通过抑制胆碱酯酶，使虫体肌肉强烈收缩，并导致痉挛性麻痹；但不引起蛔虫骚动。 本品是去极化神经肌肉阻滞剂，
具有明显的烟碱样活性，也能抑制胆碱酯酶，使乙酰胆碱堆积，导致虫体痉挛性麻痹而排出体外；另外，它可使虫体单个细
胞去极化，峰电位发放频率增加，肌张力亦增加，使虫体失去自主活动。 与哌嗪不同的是其作用快，先显著收缩，其后麻痹
不动。 蛔虫、钩虫、蛲虫及其混合感染，以驱钩虫疗效。
用量用法:
驱钩虫、蛔虫：口服，1.2g～1.5g/日。小儿每日30mg/kg。睡前1次顿服。不必服用泻药。驱钩虫应连服3日。驱蛲虫：1.5g/
日，每晚顿服，连服3日(由于未成熟蛲虫对噻嘧啶的敏感性差，故应在疗程两周后，待幼虫成熟，再进行疗程)。肛
